Fill out the inquiry Form （*check the order） and specify the product reference you would like to purchase and details.
*Our online shop offers exclusively “made-to-order products.” |

| Formal Order Process (Estimate to Delivery ) |
1) Takotsubo send a price estimate (including shipping & handling charges but excluding custom duties and destination VAT in case of overseas shipment)
2) Upon reception of the estimate, please confirm the order formally when you agree with the offer
3) Takotsubo issue the invoice for the detailed payment information.
4) Please proceed then with the payment
5) Upon receiving the payment, we will issue a payment confirmation.
6) Takotsubo will start then manufacturing the ordered product.
No cancellation will be accepted after the start of the production
7) Subject to the specifications of the product, the manufacturing might take a month or more. The estimate will give you an approximate delivery time ex works.
8) Upon completion of the order Takotsubo will notify you with the shipping information.
